I wholly admit that I have a bit of an obsession when it comes to home fragrance products. I wouldn’t say I collect them, but I really do, and I have candles and diffusers of every scent you could imagine. My husband will tell you I have too many, but I really don’t think you can ever have too much of a good thing. There is something so homely about being greeted by your favourite scent or a flickering candle on a cosy autumn evening. It to me is how you know you are home.
So, since I have a strong love for all things home scented you can imagine my glee when I received a package from Norfolk Natural Living containing some of their home fragrance range.
Norfolk Natural Living
I have recently discovered Norfolk Natural Living, and I felt it was refreshing to see a brand that produced completely natural, toxin-free products in fully recyclable packaging. Norfolk Natural Living produces a range of eco-friendly household cleaners, including garment care alongside a selection of skincare and home fragrance products. I was kindly sent a scented candle and reed diffuser from their range, and they have offered to give one of you lucky readers the same!
English Lavender Scented Candle
I love a scented candle that smells nice but also looks the part too, and this one does just that! Presented in a gorgeous glass jar, this candle has two wicks and a burn time of up to 50 hours! The natural wax is scented with English Lavender, and hand-poured. The scent is strong, and without feeling perfumed and when lit, it fills the house within a few minutes.
Rose Garden Diffuser Oil Set
Firstly the scent reminds me of my Grannys garden in summer. It is literally like smelling roses, and it is such a strong, long-lasting scent I am entirely in love. More than just the scent I am in love with the bottle which contains dried rosebuds, and it looks so elegant on display. Bella Middleton, the founder of Norfolk Natural Living, says that the diffuser should last between 4-6 months and requires little maintenance except turning the reeds occasionally.
My Thoughts
Having tried many home fragrance products in the past, I know all too well the disappointment you can have from a product that doesn’t entirely stack up. I’ve had many scented candles that don’t perform when lit or reed diffusers that lose their scent quickly. For this reason, I am sceptical when I try new brands. Still, Norfolk Natural Living has really stood out to me, and I can’t do anything but give a glowing review. I will definitely be returning as a customer in the future.
