Hi, I’m Sophie – a weight loss coach, mum of two, and the owner and founder of the weight loss app CaloCoach. After years of yo-yo dieting, fad plans, and “starting again on Monday” energy, I finally cracked it. I lost 6.5 stone by learning how to build a calorie deficit that fit my life, not the other way around.
