Wow, I can’t believe that Christmas is on the horizon. It’s so close I can almost smell the mulled wine and hear the sleigh bells, and can I tell you nothing fills me with more excitement! Every year I pull together a selection of Christmas gift guides to help make shopping over this busy period that little bit easier. One of my most popular guides is the Gin Lover gift guide, so here is 2021’s version, which I’m sure you will agree – does not disappoint!

Snow Globe Gin

A star feature of my 2020 Gin Lover Gift Guide was the one and only Snow Globe Gin! Honestly, I don’t believe I’ve ever seen a gin quite as magnificent – a gin of pure beauty! Well, this year, Snow Globe Gin is back with a new festive look! Turn on the lamp switch at the base of the bottle and gently shake, and you are sure to become mesmerised by the falling edible 23kt gold leaf and the Christmas scene inside. This is essentially an adults snow globe! Although Snow Globe Gin puts on quite a visual show, the taste is all there too! This gin has indulgent orange and gingerbread flavours that truly capture the taste of Christmas! Available to buy here – 700ml, 20% alc./vol. It’s also vegan suitable, and allergen-free.

Stockists: Harvey Nichols, Costco, Master of Malt, Firebox.

Sixpence Pud Christmas Pudding Gin

If you love the look and sound of Snow Globe Gin, then Sixpence Pud Christmas Pudding Gin is going to be a huge hit! The bottle has a Christmas pudding design with intricate embossing detail, making a great table centrepiece or party talking point. Enjoy this gin liqueur neat over ice or in a festive-inspired cocktail. The delicious flavours of candied fruit, Christmas spices, orange and a vanilla and caramel sweetness really captivate the festive season and combine that with the impressive golden shimmer; this is a special gin that you’ll be so excited to bring out every year. Available from Harvey Nichols priced at £25.

LUXLO

Now I think any gin lover will agree that the worst part of indulging in a gin tasting session would be the dreaded hangover. But, thanks to LUXLO, you can still enjoy the great taste of gin but with the reduced alcohol content. Oh, and another bonus it has only 28 calories per 25ml serving! There are four varieties to choose from – Ginny, Blood Orange, Pomegranate & Raspberry, and Passion Fruit, and if you can’t decide, their beautiful gift box of miniatures is the perfect place to start!

Secret Garden Gin

In 2017 Hamish Martin founded Secret Garden Distillery, where they lovingly craft Secret Garden Gin using 100% natural ingredients. There are no added sugars, artificial colourings, flavours, or additives to worry about – just great tasting gin that is naturally distilled. For Christmas gifts, my top picks would be:

Secret Garden Christmas Gin Duo Gift Set 2 x20cl – RRP £29.95

Secret Garden Gin Gift Set with Dried Petal Garnish – RRP £19.95

Bohemian Brands

If you are shopping for a football fan and a gin lover, then Bohemian Brands has you covered. They work with all the big-name football clubs to create unique gifts that will be truly treasured, like this Chelsea FC Black Crystal Gin produced in a small batch UK distillery using only the best ingredients. Not only is this a great visual piece it tastes amazing too! 70cl, ABV 40% RRP £37.00.

Luscombe Drinks’ Tonic Waters

When it comes to gin, as much as I am a fan of the odd neat tipple, like most people, a mixer is essential. Personally, I love a good tonic water and will often drink it on its own during the week as a refreshing evening treat. That being said, I am fussy. I’ve tasted some really great tonic waters, so it takes a lot to impress me. Luscombe Drinks’ tonic waters didn’t fall short, and I would go as far as to say they are one of my favourites right now. They taste amazing on their own or mixed with your favourite gin. So it’s no surprise that Luscombe craft award-winning organic artisan drinks were awarded a Royal Warrant!!! Their range of tonics are created using wild or organic fruits, Indian quinine and Dartmoor spring water, drawn from a source on their farm.

The five tonic waters in their range are;

 Devon Tonic Water

Light Devon Tonic Water

 Grapefruit Tonic Water

 Cucumber Tonic Water

 Elderflower Tonic Water

Ginology

A good gin should be served in a good glass, and one of my favourite choices has to be the amazing glasses from Ginology. There are so many different designs to choose from, all priced at £9.95 each and standing 20cm tall. They’re not just pretty to look at these glasses are practical too. Each glass is presented in a kraft gift box, making them perfect for gifting this festive season.

Lolita

I am forever raving about the gorgeous Lolita hand-painted and decorated glasses whenever it comes to gifting. I love that each glass is unique, and they have such a beautiful range of different designs they make the perfect item to collect! Now, when we are talking gin, these Stemless Glasses are perfect for a classic G&T or a more festive cocktail!

I hope you found this year’s Gin Lover Christmas Gift Guide inspiring and if you have any other gin related gifts I would love to hear about them below!
