Slimming World Week Six Update: What’s the Result?

Sickness you are NOT my Friend?
Have to admit this week was a really hard one for staying on plan. I started off the week feeling and being horrifically sick. It got to the point where after two days of being unable to keep anything down, I just wanted comforting foods. I think in this instance it was entirely allowed and the key thing is to not allow myself to continue on that track!
Loss, Gain or Maintain
My Slimming World week six weigh in results were…. A LOSS!! So I managed to lose 2.5lbs this week BUT I have to admit that’s more than likely to do with the sickness days than actually being on plan so I’m not congratulating myself too much this week. Weight loss for me is always a week behind I feel so next week might show a different result!
