It’s time to share my Slimming World week eight update with you all! Eight Week Review
I’ve commented over the last few weeks about how my inspiration and will power has faltered slightly. I feel like, I have had a long hard word with myself about where my head has been at and what it actually is I want to achieve. It would be easy at this stage to go:
“You’ve lost some weight it’s ok to give up.’
I do want to achieve my goal and if that is true then I need to work hard to get there. No diet or healthy lifestyle is easy and to loose weight takes commitment and that’s something I need to get back. This week I have gone back to basics, everything I wrote about here.
I’m hoping this is the kick I need to get back into the game and smash my target!
Loss, Gain or Maintain
My Slimming World week seven weigh in results were…. Maintain! It’s no surprise considering the past couple of weeks and it was bound to catch up with me eventually! It could have been worse and I could of had a gain. I’m happy atleast that I haven’t undone all the hard work I have put in over the last few weeks.
No body shots this week as nothing to show! 🙁
